Viking is a great option for many people because you know ahead of time exactly what to expect. Their shore excursions are included in the price. Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour room service, free beer and wine with meals, and enrichment lectures that are interesting and educational. Year after year, they win awards for the service and warm hospitality.
But Viking is not a good fit for everyone. They do not have casinos, no children under 18, no art auctions, no umbrella drinks and no nickel and diming.
